odd-numbered years, the annual meeting is combined with a convention.

Annual Meeting

Held at Epworth-by-the-Sea Retreat Center, participants toured Moore Methodist Museum’s Nativity collection, the highlight of which is Susan D. Waters “O Holy Night” life sized papier mache nativity.
